Behavior Technician (BT)

Full-Time / Part-Time In-Home & School-Based Entry Level New Hampshire

Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician and make a direct impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities. You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and school settings under the supervision of our experienced BCBAs.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • BT certification preferred (we provide training if needed)
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, compassion, and dedication to helping others
  • Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect data

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time Clinical Leadership Experienced New Hampshire

Lead our clinical team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You'll develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BTs, conduct assessments, and work directly with families to achieve meaningful outcomes for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification and state licensure (where required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy
  • Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical standards

School-Based Behavior Support Specialist

Full-Time School Districts Mid-Level New Hampshire

Work within school environments to implement behavior intervention plans, provide 1:1 support to students, and collaborate with educational teams. This role combines ABA principles with educational settings to promote student success and inclusion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • BT certification or equivalent behavioral training
  • Experience in educational settings preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP and 504 plan processes
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills
